What is a Health & Wellbeing Coach?

A Health & Wellbeing Coach works with you, not to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your body, your energy, and what really matters to you. Together, we’ll explore what wellbeing looks like for you, and create realistic, sustainable habits that support a healthier, happier, more grounded life.

Coaching isn’t just about food or exercise (although we can look at those too). It’s about the whole picture:

  • Are you sleeping well?

  • Do you have time to rest, play, or just be?

  • Are your relationships nourishing or draining?

  • Do you feel a sense of purpose or meaning in your days?

  • How’s your environment affecting your mood or energy?

As your coach, I bring compassion, structure, accountability, and support, without judgment. I help you gently move through the challenges that midlife brings, whether it’s low energy, stress, not eating well, feeling invisible & disconnected or lack of motivation, or simply not knowing where to start.
